In conducting its business, all Group companies are expected to be aware of, and to follow, the requirements of the ABHI Code of Business Practice, whilst observing national laws relating to business practice, as relevant and required.

 

Any breach or deviation from this commitment by any stakeholder in the Summit Medical Group will be treated seriously, and may result in disciplinary and/or legal action.

 

In the event that there is evidence to suggest that an employee, supplier, customer, distributor, or other stakeholder in the Summit Medical Group is in breach of this undertaking, then substantiated evidence of such a breach should be submitted in writing without delay for the attention of the Managing Director at the Registered Office address. Please be aware that it may be an offence to make unsubstantiated allegations of wrong-doing.
